Responsibilities

• Create and execute event plans that align with TOCA’s vision and goals.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and preferences, and tailor experiences accordingly.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and maintained during events.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of logistics for events, including venue setup and teardown.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with partners and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in event planning and management.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with event planning software.
