Job Summary

The Sports Instructor is a hands-on role that will lead athletes and provide expert instruction in their designated sport. The Sports Instructor is directly responsible for providing the i9 Sports Experience and driving a positive youth sports culture on the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead practice sessions focusing on fundamentals, skill development, and fun
• Teach & demonstrate core concepts including Sportsmanship values
• Communicate game day information to players and parents using established platforms
• Demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills required
• Experience and knowledge in the designated sport
• Motivated self-starter capable of working independently
• Ability to work a varied work schedule including weekends and some evenings (season duration ~7 weeks)
