Work Schedule
Second Shift (Afternoons)
Able to work flexible shifts from Tuesday through Saturday.
Environmental Conditions
- Able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance
- Fluctuating temperatures (hot/cold)
- Loud noises (from equipment/machinery)
- Some degree of personal protective equipment (PPE) required (e.g., safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs)
- Standing for full shift
- Variety of outside weather conditions
- Working with hazardous/toxic materials
- Working at heights
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- 1+ years of experience in a mechanical role
- Experience in a manufacturing plant environment
- Self-starting with initiative to identify and solve problems
- Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial vehicle (PIV) certification
- Ability to wear an air purifying respirator

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Connecticut is $25.00–$27.00. This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
