Pay

$33/hr plus $2 work differential pay (pay can be increased based on experience and certifications/licenses). Competitive hourly rates with plenty of overtime available.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues in fleet vehicles ("mechanical surgery")
• Service and maintain hydraulic systems, including lifters and compactors
• Use advanced diagnostic tools to troubleshoot vehicle electronics
• Work in a high-energy shop environment with a collaborative team

Requirements

• Experience working with diesel engines
• Own a well-equipped toolbox
• Strong problem-solving skills—ability to diagnose root causes, not just replace parts
• Class A or B CDL is a plus; if not, we’ll help you obtain the credentials
