BAS/HVAC Controls Project Engineer

About the role

This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of commercial HVAC Controls, DDC, and Building Automation System (BAS) projects. The Project Engineer works closely with mechanical, controls, and electrical contractors to support design, installation, commissioning, scheduling, documentation, and overall project coordination while ensuring projects stay aligned with company standards and goals. We are a long-established electrical and technology contractor serving the Pacific Northwest, providing electrical, controls, audiovisual, and security solutions for a range of commercial and mission-critical facilities. For over 70 years, we have played a critical role in the development of electrical and technological infrastructure in the PNW.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, execution, and delivery of commercial HVAC Controls, DDC, and BAS projects
• Collaborate with mechanical, controls, and electrical contractors on design, installation, commissioning, scheduling, and documentation
• Oversee overall project coordination
• Ensure projects align with company standards and goals

Requirements

• 2+ years of Building Automation/HVAC Controls experience
• Experience with one or more of the following
