- Develop, configure, and maintain BAS graphics, trending, alarming, and schedules using platforms such as BACnet, Modbus, Niagara/Tridium, or equivalent.
- Commission and start-up HVAC control systems on-site: perform functional testing, sensor calibration, loop tuning, and verification against design intent and sequence of operations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve field issues related to controls, sensors, actuators, and network communication; provide root cause analysis and corrective actions.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and facility managers to review control strategies, submittals, and as-built documentation; ensure integration with other building systems.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation: control narratives, point lists, wiring diagrams, commissioning reports, and operation manuals.
- Provide training and technical support to operations and maintenance staff on BAS operation, energy optimization strategies, and preventive maintenance.
- Assist in pre-construction and design reviews to recommend cost-effective, energy-efficient control strategies and equipment selections.
