BAS Controls Installation and Service Technician
The Opportunity
You will serve as a core technical driver in installing, servicing, and commissioning critical building automation systems across commercial and industrial environments. Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on commercial or industrial HVAC controls experience.
- Strong technical understanding of HVAC system sequencing, design, and operating applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting complex HVAC systems and BAS controllers.
- Holds an active EPA HVAC Certification and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to participate in after-hours on-call rotations, overtime, and weekend work as required.
- Ability to travel and relocate to Southeast Florida as project demands require.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience
- Experience with Tridium Niagara systems and programming.
- Familiarity with BACnet and standard commercial network communication protocols.
- Experience with PC- and IP-based controls installation and integration.
