What You’ll Do Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and other beverages consistently and efficientlyProvide friendly, attentive service and recommend beverages based on guest preferencesFollow recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelinesVerify identification and follow responsible alcohol service proceduresAccurately enter orders, process payments, and handle cashKeep the bar clean, organized, stocked, and ready for serviceMonitor inventory and communicate replenishment needsComplete opening, closing, and cleaning dutiesFollow health, sanitation, and vessel safety proceduresWork closely with servers and crew to ensure smooth service What You Bring Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, hotel, catering, or event settingKnowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wineFriendly, guest-focused attitude and professional presentationStrong teamwork, communication, and multitasking skillsAbility to maintain accuracy and composure during busy serviceComfort working aboard a moving vesselAbility to carry items up to 50 lbs and navigate stairs safelyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks for extended periods in indoor and outdoor conditionsAvailability for evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended shifts as neededAbility to work 2–5 hour cruises, with occasional shifts up to 12 hoursWillingness to complete required alcohol service training Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay + TipsMedical and Ancillary Benefits401(k) with Employer MatchSubsidized ParkingComplimentary Cruise Tickets & Employee Discounts Benefit eligibility varies based on employment status and plan requirements.
