About the role

The Bartender prepares cocktails and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to Members and guests for the upcoming winter season.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding guest service, greeting and acknowledging every Member and guest while maintaining exceptional service standards and product knowledge.
• Ensure total guest satisfaction by displaying hospitality and professionalism at all times.
• Handle all guest transactions legally and ethically.
• Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for the Restaurant Outlet.
• Interact with Members and guests, taking orders and serving beverages.
• Assess guest needs and preferences, making beverage recommendations.
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
• Check guest identification to confirm legal drinking age.
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
• Maintain a secure and safe environment by following property safety and security procedures.
• Report accidents or emergencies to the General Manager or Human Resources immediately.
• Foster a positive working environment by maintaining favorable relationships with all employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or vocational training/job-related coursework.
• Three years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar (two-three years in a small restaurant or bar considered).
• Frequently lift up to 40 pounds.
