Bartender
The Bartender position at Yellowstone Club is a seasonal opportunity to provide outstanding guest service in a beautiful setting. This role requires a high school diploma, GED, or vocational training, along with three years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar.
- Ensure excellent guest service by greeting and acknowledging every member and guest, maintaining service standards, and displaying hospitality and professionalism.
- Understand and apply all property safety and security procedures to ensure a secure and safe environment for employees, members, and guests.
- Assess member and guest needs and preferences, and make beverage recommendations. Check identification to confirm legal drinking age and comply with all food and beverage regulations.
- Prepare and serve alcohol and non-alcoholic beverages, including mixing ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with all company employees to foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or vocational training
- Three years of bartending experience in a full-service restaurant or bar
- Two to three years of experience in a small restaurant or bar may be considered
