About the role

Yellowstone Club’s Food & Beverage department is seeking a Barista for the upcoming Winter season. This seasonal position is located in Big Sky, Montana, with worksites in Gallatin or Madison County.

Responsibilities

• Follow all Food & Beverage standard operating procedures and sequence of service standards
• Provide beverage service to Members and guests
• Prepare smoothies, coffee, and other non-alcoholic beverages
• Set and prepare tables
• Greet and attend to Members and guests upon arrival
• Receive and process charges to Members’ accounts
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area and work station
• Clean smoothie and coffee machines and equipment
• Perform opening and closing duties as assigned by management

Requirements

• Three months of service experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club
• Must complete a pre-employment background check
