About the role

Starbucks is all about connection. As a Starbucks barista, you’ll create the Starbucks Experience for our customers through excellent service and expertly-crafted products. You’ll work in an energetic store environment where you’ll master your food and beverage craft, collaborate with friends, and meet new people every day. A cup of coffee and a smile can go a long way—we believe our baristas have the power to be the best moment in each customer’s day.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and craft high-quality food and beverages.
• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Handle cash and ensure store safety protocols are followed.
• Stay calm and focused in a high-energy setting.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management.
• Learn and master new beverage recipes and store procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• 1 year of guest services experience (preferred).
