About the role

Provide excellent customer service while mixing and serving food and drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) to patrons. Uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of the Casino.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cocktails for cocktail servers and guests using prescribed recipes.
• Maintain equipment in an orderly manner; advise Beverage Manager of any equipment needs or repairs.
• Interact with guests to make them feel comfortable and welcome, aligning with company vision and mission.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Monitor proper par levels of all supplies at assigned bars.
• Communicate any problems or situations detrimental to the property to your immediate supervisor.
• Ensure the security and accuracy of assigned bank; accountable for all overages and shortages.
• Observe and direct actions of barbacks; inspect and maintain assigned areas.
• Distinguish between different denominations of currency and make change accurately.
• Review and comprehend all necessary documentation.
• Use equipment associated with the position, including cash registers and bar tools.
• Move efficiently around the bar area, retrieve supplies, and maintain a clean workspace.
• Perform other assigned tasks.

Working Conditions

• Work in an environment subject to varying levels of noise, crowds, and smoke, depending on customer volume.
• Communicate effectively with customers and employees at all levels.
• Tolerate areas with varying noise, smoke, and temperature levels.

Requirements

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Ability to secure and maintain a STATE OR TRIBAL Gaming License.
• Knowledge of and ability to mix a wide variety of drinks.
• Five (5) years of bartending or similar experience, or progressive promotion and training within the Food & Beverage department.

• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
