Responsibilities
- Mix and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers
- Ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges
- Complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- Ensure established pars are maintained
- Perform sidework duties according to sidework schedules
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages
- Lifting capacity: 20 - 40 lbs.
- Pushing carts: 50 - 100 lbs.
- Continuous standing: 100% of the time scheduled
- Climbing approximately 12 steps: 20% of 8 hours
Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification, TIPS Certified
- 6 months bartending experience
Skills
- Knowledge of state liquor laws
- Ability to maintain high standards of quality service and guest satisfaction
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Highly organized and able to pay attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
