Hotel Bartender

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standardized recipes.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking supplies and inventory management.
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age of guests.
• Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to provide a smooth and enjoyable experience for all patrons.

Requirements

• Minimum of (2) years of bartender experience preferred.
• Knowledge of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders simultaneously.
• TIPS Certification preferred.
• Available to work Sunday and Mondays. Flexibility to work holidays as needed.
• Available to work full-time or part-time.

Benefits

• Pay ranging from $10.00 to $19.00 per hour, (base wage plus estimated tips for scheduled shifts) paid bi-weekly. Tip earnings vary by shift; maximum reflects typical high-earning days for the scheduled shifts.
