Bartender, Pool House (PT)

Responsibilities

• Interact one-on-one with guests, take orders, make cocktails, upsell, ensure guest satisfaction, and anticipate guest needs.
• Exhibit proper knowledge, selling techniques, and service delivery of both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, as well as menu items.
• Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the bar, stocking it with appropriate products and supplies.
• Work as a team and communicate effectively with management, bartenders, and service staff.
• Deliver on guests’ expectations and create WOW moments.
• Perform additional duties as assigned, which may fall outside the normal scope based on business needs.

Requirements

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Prior bartending and micros or other POS systems experience.
• Luxury hotel experience is a plus.
• Enjoyment of spirits, wine, and food.
• Basic communication skills.
• Openness to learning, developing, and growing personally and professionally.
• Trustworthiness and integrity.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods during your scheduled shift.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods.
• Ability to push and pull food-serving equipment and carts weighing up to 200 pounds semi-regularly.

Pay

The base pay scale for this position is $19 per hour, exclusive of incentive pay such as commissions, gratuities, or other forms of additional compensation.

Schedule

Anticipated shift times in the summer season for this role are between 10:30 AM and sunset.
