Responsibilities
- Prepare beverages for restaurant and banquet patrons
- Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customer ID and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Requirements
- Working experience as a bartender
- Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- Use of point-of-sale system for ringing up orders
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
Qualifications
- Available to work Wednesday through Sunday shifts starting between 3:00pm and 4:00pm and ending around 10:00pm
