BARTENDER (PART-TIME)

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for restaurant and banquet patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customer ID and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements

• Working experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Use of point-of-sale system for ringing up orders
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Qualifications

• Available to work Wednesday through Sunday shifts starting between 3:00pm and 4:00pm and ending around 10:00pm

Pay

Hourly pay rate $6.00-$8.00 base pay plus tip share which varies weekly. The average tip share for 2026 is $18.26. Additional pay includes the potential to earn add-on and/or cash tips left by the member or guest.

Schedule

Dinner shifts run Wednesday-Sunday 3:30 pm – 10:00 pm. Hourly pay rate $6.00-$8.00 base pay plus tip share which varies weekly. The average tip share for 2026 is $18.26. Additional pay includes the potential to earn add-on and/or cash tips left by the member or guest.
