BARTENDER (PART-TIME)

Responsibilities

• Prepare beverages for restaurant and banquet patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve snacks and drinks
• Absess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Check customer ID and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Clean and restock all cooking utensils, dishware, utensils, pots and pans, and other miscellaneous kitchen equipment
• Loading and unloading dishwasher
• Kitchen cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, emptying trash, etc.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Working experience as a bartender
• Knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Use of point-of-sale system for ringing up orders
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean
• Available to work Wednesday through Sunday shifts starting between 3:00pm and 4:00pm and ending around 10:00pm.
• Ability to work five days per week including holidays, days and hours to vary
• Valid Virginia Driver’s License
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Previous housekeeping experience required, supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Previous experience preferred but not required
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and some holidays

• Ability to engage respectfully with fellow associates
• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Previous fine dining serving experience preferred

Pay

• Bartender: $6.00-$8.00 base pay plus tip share which varies weekly. Average tip share for 2026 is $18.26. Additional pay includes the potential to earn add-on and/or cash tips left by the member or guest.
• Housekeeping Supervisor: $17.00 per hour
• Housekeeper: $17.00 per hour
• Dishwasher: $17.00/hour
• Servers: $4.00 base pay plus tip share which varies weekly. Average tip share for 2026 is $18.26. Additional pay includes the potential to earn add-on and/or cash tips left by the member or guest.

Schedule

• Bartender: 3:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Wednesday-Sunday
• Housekeeping Supervisor: Five days per week including holidays, days and hours to vary
• Housekeeper: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday 6:00am-2:30pm, including holidays
• Dishwasher: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 4:00-10:00 PM
• Servers: Wednesday through Sunday 4:00-10:00 PM
