Bartender (Part-Time)

Bartender Responsibilities

• Mixing and Serving Drinks:
  • Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages based on standard recipes or customer preferences.
  • Ensure the quality and consistency of drinks, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards.
• Customer Service:
  • Welcome guests and take drink orders.
  • Engage in friendly interactions and address customer inquiries.
  • Make recommendations based on customer preferences.
• Order Processing:
  • Process drink orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
  • Handle cash transactions and provide change as needed.
• Stocking and Replenishing:
  • Monitor beverage inventory and restock supplies as needed.
  • Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ingredients, garnishes, and other necessary items.
• Creating Specials:
  • Develop and recommend signature cocktails or drink specials.
• Knowledge of Beverages:
  • Stay informed about different types of beverages, including wines, beers, and spirits.
  • Provide information and recommendations to customers based on their preferences.
• Compliance with Regulations:
  • Adhere to local, state, and federal regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Follow responsible beverage service guidelines.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and available for all shifts
• Sell effectively
• Outstanding people skills
• Trustworthy and results-driven
• Knowledge of beer, wine & spirits
• Previous bartending experience preferred
