Responsibilities
- Mixes and serves drinks to guests and cocktail servers.
- Follows established guidelines, procedures, and policies regarding beverage and safety controls.
- Performs guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient, and professional manner.
- Collects cash, processes credits and room charges, and rings guest checks.
- Completes liquor requisitions and supply lists.
- Ensures established pars are maintained.
- Performs sidework duties according to sidework schedules.
Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age to serve alcoholic beverages.
- Lifting capacity: 20 - 40 lbs., 50 - 100 lbs.
- Physical demands: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and carrying throughout the shift.
Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification.
- TIPS Certified.
