Bartender (Part-Time)
Esplanade Lakewood Ranch, located in Bradenton, FL, is seeking a driven part-time Bartender eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon, you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
Schedule
- Must be available to work Tuesday nights
- Additional weekend shifts available
- Flexibility is a must
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent service and create memorable bar experiences for members and guests
- Mix, garnish, and serve beverages to spec with accuracy and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Handle transactions and operate POS system
- Contribute to a positive team culture and assist with opening/closing duties
Requirements
- Prior bartending experience strongly preferred
- Outgoing personality with great communication skills
- A team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Must meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
