Responsibilities

• Provide customized beverage and food recommendations to guests
• Serve guests food and beverage orders
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning duties to ensure highest sanitation standards
• Maintain glassware and bar presentation
• Maintain daily supply inventory
• Stay familiar with the latest in mixology, bar equipment, and sanitation standards

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Physical stamina to lift moderate amounts of weight
• Texas Food Handler certificate and TABC required
• Ability to work independently
• Understanding of state and local serving guidelines

Skills

• Knowledge of mixology and bar equipment
• Familiarity with sanitation standards
• Strong guest engagement abilities
• Creativity in beverage preparation
