Bartender (Part Time)

About the role

As a Part-time Bartender, you’ll craft classic and creative beverages while delivering exceptional service in a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere. You’ll engage with guests, manage bar inventory, and ensure a clean, organized bar environment. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for hospitality, strong attention to detail, and a flair for mixology.

Responsibilities

• Mix and serve drinks to guests
• Create innovative and delicious cocktails
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Manage bar inventory

You will report to the Beverage Manager or Bar Supervisor. This position can lead to opportunities as a bar manager, sommelier, or food and beverage manager, making it an excellent choice for those passionate about the hospitality industry.

Requirements

• Eligible to work in the United States
• Sufficient education and/or literacy to identify and read product labels and communicate with guests
• Ability to sit, stand, bend, kneel, and lift as required—with or without reasonable accommodations
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 5 years of bartending experience
• A warm, professional demeanor that reflects HVMG’s Culture of Excellence

Hotel experience is a plus. Additional consideration will be given to applicants with special certifications, such as bartender certification.
