Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and Four Seasons Standards.
• Build rapport with guests with above and beyond service.
• Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel's point-of-sales system.
• Check completed orders with the guest's original order.
• Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item's origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, ports, armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, and specialty drinks.

Requirements

• Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years serving experience in upscale establishments.
• Must have wine/wine/beer/spirit knowledge and be able to obtain any required food handling or alcohol serving certifications.
• Hotel/resort experience preferred.
• Must be able to be on feet for entire shift and communicate with guests appropriately and effectively.
• Above and beyond attitude is required as well as a flexible schedule with ability to work weekends/holidays and evenings.

• All applicants must have the proper legal documents to work in the United States.
