Then "Physical Requirements": list.
Then EEO boilerplate etc to remove.
We need to map to sections:
- About the role: could be the introductory paragraph about company and role? The "POSITION SUMMARY" is about the role. Also the intro about company could be considered "About the role"? Usually "About the role" is a summary of the position. We'll use the POSITION SUMMARY as About the role. Also maybe include the introductory paragraph as part of About the role? The instruction: "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it)". So we can include a short paragraph about the role and company. We'll combine the intro and POSITION SUMMARY into About the role.
- Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES with subpoints. We'll output a - for each duty. Could group by categories but still list items.
- Requirements: Job Requirements (license, eligibility, transportation, schedule flexibility, attendance). Also Physical Requirements could be part of Requirements or maybe separate? There's no specific heading for Physical Requirements; we could include under Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction says we can have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements could be under Requirements (since they are job requirements). We'll include them there.
- Qualifications: Preferred Education & Experience (HS diploma, hospitality experience, bartending experience). Could also include "Preferred" as Qualifications.
- Skills: Core Skills And Values list.
- Benefits: What We Offer list (competitive pay, medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, discounts, training). Also maybe "Competitive pay and performance-based incentives" is pay; but we have separate Pay section only if posting states pay. It does not give specific numbers, just "Competitive pay and performance-based incentives". According to rule: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. It does state "Competitive pay and performance-based incentives" which is a statement about pay, albeit not specific. Should we include Pay section? The rule says: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state competitive pay, so we could include a Pay section with that statement. However also we have Benefits section that includes medical etc. The rule: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." Might combine pay into Benefits? But they said separate sections for Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Since we have pay statement, we could include Pay section with that sentence. Benefits section can include the rest.
- Schedule: The posting mentions "Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays" under Job Requirements. That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that statement.
We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". We have specific statements.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, application instructions.
We must not repeat job title.
We must output only HTML fragment.
Let's craft:
