Duties

• Sets up bars for operation, obtains cash, bank, and stocks service bar.
• Maintains an adequate stock level, sets up storeroom and work area for easy access to stock items.
• Prepares simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff.
• Records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips.
• Keeps bar and work area clean and sanitary.
• Identifies unruly patrons or those appearing intoxicated and resolves issues or seeks assistance.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required.
• Qualification/eligibility/background requirements met.
• E-Verify check successfully completed.
• Food sanitation and safety training completed within 30 days of employment.
• Background investigation completed for Common Access Card.
• Age requirements met for serving alcohol.
• Lifts and carries up to 20 pounds.
• Calculates patron bills and takes inventory.
• Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

Qualifications

• Two-page resume required.
• Relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities demonstrated.
• Meets state/local age requirements for serving alcohol.
• Lifts and carries up to 20 pounds.
• Has math skills for calculating patron bills and taking inventory.
• Skilled in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
