Duties
- Sets up bars for operation, obtains cash, bank, and stocks service bar.
- Maintains an adequate stock level, sets up storeroom and work area for easy access to stock items.
- Prepares simple alcoholic beverages as requested by patrons and wait staff.
- Records sales and makes change or prepares charge slips.
- Keeps bar and work area clean and sanitary.
- Identifies unruly patrons or those appearing intoxicated and resolves issues or seeks assistance.
Requirements
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card required.
- Qualification/eligibility/background requirements met.
- E-Verify check successfully completed.
- Food sanitation and safety training completed within 30 days of employment.
- Background investigation completed for Common Access Card.
- Age requirements met for serving alcohol.
- Lifts and carries up to 20 pounds.
- Calculates patron bills and takes inventory.
- Mixes and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
Qualifications
- Two-page resume required.
- Relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and abilities demonstrated.
- Meets state/local age requirements for serving alcohol.
- Lifts and carries up to 20 pounds.
- Has math skills for calculating patron bills and taking inventory.
- Skilled in mixing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
