Responsibilities
- Thorough knowledge of Alcoholic Beverages, Cocktail; recipes, preparation methods, glassware, equipment and service.
- Ability to stand stoop, bend and lift items weighing up to 50 pounds repetitively during entire shift.
- Takes orders and serves guests at bar.
- Provides upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average.
- Inventories all beverages and operating supplies, orders replacement items as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required. Bartending experience highly preferred. Knowledgeable in cocktail recipes, bar tools, drink preparations, and alcohol service regulations. Ability to perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions. Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred. Strong organizational skills. Excellent guest service skills. Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends and holidays as required.
