Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a food and beverage setting is required.
- Bartending experience highly preferred.
- Knowledgeable in cocktail recipes, bar tools, drink preparations, and alcohol service regulations.
- Ability to perform duties outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Proven experience working in high-volume Food and Beverage operations preferred.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent guest service skills.
- Must be able to withstand outdoor elements for long periods of time.
- Ability to regularly push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English verbally with team members, leaders, and guests required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
Responsibilities
- Take orders and serve guests at the bar.
- Provide upsell opportunities to guests to enhance the dining experience and increase overall check average.
- Inventory all beverages and operating supplies, order replacement items as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
