About the role

Mission Yogurt is seeking an experienced, driven, and hospitality-focused Bartender, Entry Level, to join our team and ensure our high standards are met at our award-winning Marczyk, at DIA!

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves quality beverages
• Provides excellent guest service
• Maintains a clean bar area
• Fulfills open availability requirements
• Supports a positive team environment

Requirements

• At least one year of Bartending experience
• Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer satisfaction
• Upholds Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices
• Ensures all operating and quality standards are met
• Achieves competitive wages and opportunity for professional growth

Qualifications

• Adheres to Mission Yogurt's safety, sanitation, and cleanliness policies and practices
• Achieves safety and security of both guests and team members
• Assesses work-related issues in a professional manner and exercises honest, non-biased judgment
• Maintains a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Skills

• Knowledge of alcohol service guidelines
• Ability to pass a 10-year background check per TSA guidelines
