- Be friendly, helpful and courteous when dealing with all guests
- Responsible for monies in the coin banks
- Prepares orders taken from the cocktail staff and guests
- Keeps inventory of stock in their assigned bar
- Notifies barback when supplies are low
- Prepares cut fruit, condiments, etc.
- Performs related duties as assigned
