Responsibilities
- Deliver stellar beverage service in a luxury hotel environment
- Create innovative cocktails using fresh, seasonal ingredients
- Provide a memorable, mood-lifting experience for guests
- Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a similar role
- Passion for Food & Beverage
- Experience in Beverage operations
- Strong team player with a detail-oriented mindset
- Flexible and willing to work a schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
Qualifications
A post-secondary diploma or degree in a related field would be a plus.
