About the role
We're looking for outgoing and friendly Bartenders to ensure a Damn Good experience for each and every guest.
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests in a friendly and outgoing manner, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Mix and serve cocktails following Torchy’s recipes, maintaining quality and consistency.
- Learn the menu and be able to make recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
- Provide prompt and efficient service, handling orders accurately and ensuring guests have what they need.
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, restocking supplies as needed and adhering to all safety and sanitation standards.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Requirements
- Previous experience preferred
- A current required state alcohol-server license (e.g., TABC, TIPS, ABLE)
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds
- Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods of time
- Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves at various height levels
