Bartender
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a diverse range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
- Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner, taking and delivering drink orders.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
- Ensure that alcoholic beverages are served responsibly and in compliance with legal requirements.
- Monitor guest needs and respond promptly to their requests or concerns.
- Prepare garnishes, garnish drinks, and set up service areas for daily operations.
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Handle cash and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
- Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Able to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system.
- Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.
- Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
