Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks to customers
- Mix and match ingredients to create classic and innovative drinks
- Interact with hotel guests to ensure a great experience at the bar or lounge
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
- Take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Absorb customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
