Bartender

About the role

Become a part of our welcoming Olive Garden family. Our restaurant in Westminster, MD is seeking a dedicated bartender to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service and master alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverage recipes to meet and exceed guest expectations.
• Ensure various guest and team member touch points are regularly sanitized and disinfected to maintain a safe and friendly environment.
• Contribute to a positive work culture that prioritizes the health and safety of all team members and guests.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our guests and the family-friendly schedule.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of food service operations and customer service principles.

Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.

Pay

$3.63 per hour - $3.63 per hour plus tips.
