Bartender

Job Summary

Aqua Aston Hospitality (AAH) seeks a Bartender to join our team in providing memorable vacation experiences for our Owners/guests. This is a full-time position with flexible shift options including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with guests, answering questions and taking orders
• Deliver drinks and ensure guest satisfaction
• Prepare drink orders according to specified recipes using measuring systems
• Validate guests' ages to serve alcohol responsibly
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Assist other departments as needed to provide optimal service
• Follow company policies and safety procedures

Requirements

• Ability to lift/carry/push/pull items weighing up to 25lbs without assistance
• Standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
• Overhead and below-the-knee bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
• Background and drug screening contingent on company policy
