Maintain Bar Operations

• Requisition and stock all necessary items daily, including beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments, and produce based on daily projections.
• Maintain stock, cut, and store all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product quality.

Greet and Serve Guests

• Greet guests courteously and promote drink orders.
• Mix, garnish, and present drinks using standard recipes and practice prudent portion control.
• Maintain adherence to state, federal, and corporate regulations regarding alcohol service.

Financial Management

• Input orders into a register at the point of sale and create checks for each guest, including those served by other beverage servers.
• Record charges, verify the validity of charges, and execute vouchers to balance all moneys.
• Lock up and store all beverage, food, and other equipment items, deposit cash drops, and secure bank.

Attendance and Other Duties

• Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly.
• Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
