Flynn Applebee's is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Applebee's Bartender to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique blend of fun, flexibility, and growth opportunities.

• Mix outstanding alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to ensure the best drink experience for both staff and customers.
• Work closely with servers to enhance the overall dining experience.
• Communicate effectively with both staff and customers to build positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with physical standards, including lifting up to 25 pounds, reaching, bending, and stooping.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols, including wearing protective gear and following disinfection procedures.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

• At least 21 years old (per state law).

Physical Standards

The successful candidate must be able to:

• Remain stationary and exert well-paced mobility for up to four hours in length.
• Safely reach, bend, stoop, and frequently lift up to 25 pounds.
• Transport plates, glasses, and baskets to and from various areas during the shift.
• Speak clearly and listen attentively to employees and dining room staff.
• Wear protective hand coverings, face coverings/masks, and disinfectant cleaning supplies throughout the shift.
• Frequently wash hands with disinfecting soap.
