Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Organize and prepare barrels for the carbon fiber layup process.
- Operate manual and CNC lathes to support the layup and finishing processes.
- Learn and work with various carbon fiber materials.
- Understand and differentiate between multiple barrel types.
- Learn and utilize oven controls for proper curing cycles.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels for all materials used in the process.
