BARISTA SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Location: Carthage College – 2001 Alford Park Drive, Kenosha, WI 53140.

Schedule

Full‑time; days and hours may vary. Open availability, including weekends and evenings, is required.

Pay

$20.00 per hour to $22.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Previous leadership and barista experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and ensure job expectations are met while maintaining policy and procedure.
• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate employee performance, reward high performers, and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure the unit meets quality, productivity, and safety expectations.
• Act as the contact person for employee complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor and develop employees, encouraging goal‑setting and advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
