About the Role

We are seeking a Seasonal Part‑Time Barista who loves coffee and creating memorable guest experiences. The role involves opening shifts beginning at 5:45 a.m., delivering friendly and personalized service, and maintaining a clean, well‑stocked coffee station.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso beverages, teas, and other specialty drinks.
• Deliver friendly, efficient, and personalized service to create an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked coffee station.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies.
• Process cash and credit card transactions accurately.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.

Requirements

• Previous barista or food‑service experience preferred; training will be provided for the right candidate.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Dependable with a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Flexible schedule with availability for mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Position Details

• Seasonal Part‑Time Position
• Immediate start available
• Seasonal assignment expected to continue through January 9, 2027
• Weekend and holiday availability required due to peak business periods
• Outstanding team members may be considered for transition into a regular On‑Call or Part‑Time position based on performance and business needs.

Pay

$12.00 – $12.25 per hour (actual compensation may vary based on skill set, experience, certifications, and location).

Schedule

• Typical hours: 5:45 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
• Extended shifts available on Fridays and Saturdays: 1:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
• Open availability, including weekends and holidays, is required to support business needs.
