About the role

Join our team as we are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us in the position of Bistro Server. Working at our hotel bar and lounge outlets means you are many times the first or last greeting our guest receives in the day.

Responsibilities

• Share time between the front of the house and back of the house
• Be friendly, smiling, and service-oriented
• Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Prepare all standard hotel varieties of coffee: regular, robust, decaf, and hot water for tea
• Stock coffee stations with items like creamers, sugar options, cups, lids, stirrers, and napkins and restock as necessary during shift
• Ensure complete knowledge of all liquor brands, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic selections, correct glassware and garnishes
• Prepare and serve food courses and beverages to guests
• Make and serve coffee beverages
