Barista - McDade's Emporium | Part-time

McDade’s Emporium and Ice Cream Saloon, nestled within the Hyatt Regency Lost Pines Resort and Spa, is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Barista to join our part-time team.

Responsibilities

• Delight guests by fulfilling orders with efficiency and a personal touch
• Manage transactions accurately and responsibly
• Engage with guests to create personalized, memorable experiences
• Prepare a variety of beverages to perfection, following menu standards
• Maintain a clean, inviting store atmosphere where guests love to linger

Qualifications

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A positive attitude and a team spirit
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required
• Must be at least 18 years of age
