Barista (Part-Time)

About the role

We are currently looking for a regular part-time Barista to join our team at the Proctor Cafe. This is a permanent position, not seasonal, and requires availability to work weekends. If you love doughnuts and coffee, come get paid to be the bright spot in someone's day!

Responsibilities

• Use a "guest first" mindset when making decisions to prioritize duties
• Demonstrate a high level of customer service and bring a positive attitude to create rapport with customers and build teamwork
• Serve doughnuts, pastries, sandwiches, beverages, and coffee orders following Top Pot's recipes and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in accordance with Company guidelines and Health Department requirements
• Work a flexible schedule, including opening, closing, weekends, and holiday shifts

Requirements

• Able to occasionally lift and move up to 25 pounds
• Able to stand and walk for the duration of the shift

Pay

$17.50 per hour + tips

Schedule

• Monday - Friday: 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
