What You'll Do

• Drive Excellence in Sales & Service
• Active role in engaging with clients, ensuring the highest level of service is provided and client experience goals are met.
• Greeting customers in a friendly manner
• Answer customer questions regarding menu choices
• Promote and recommend menu items.
• Operations
• Aid in the smooth running of cafe operations, adhering to policies and procedures, and maintaining operational standards to meet brand standards continually.
• Aid in managing inventory effectively, ensuring stock levels are aligned with sales goals.
• Aid in maintaining equipment – espresso machine, coffee brewer, coffee grinder, etc.

Who You Are

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a café, coffee shop, or restaurant setting
• Experience performing in a fast-paced environment with fastidious attention to detail
• Self-motivated with exceptional communication and a motivational attitude
• High degree of flexibility and initiative
• Embraces a culture of learning and advocacy
• Has lived experiences with people from different backgrounds and diverse teams
• Flexibility to work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
