Barista | Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and building customer loyalty
• Prepare high-quality beverages such as coffee and matcha using industry-leading equipment
• Maintain food safety standards and adhere to health regulations
• Manage product wastage and adjust par levels based on business needs
• Participate in training and initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales
• Work independently or collaboratively to ensure smooth operations

Requirements

• Over 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or coffee
• Reliable, with strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for prolonged periods
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete necessary employment documentation
