Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment and building customer loyalty
- Prepare high-quality beverages such as coffee and matcha using industry-leading equipment
- Maintain food safety standards and adhere to health regulations
- Manage product wastage and adjust par levels based on business needs
- Participate in training and initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales
- Work independently or collaboratively to ensure smooth operations
Requirements
- Over 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in hospitality or coffee
- Reliable, with strong multitasking, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs and stand for prolonged periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Authorized to work in the U.S. and able to complete necessary employment documentation
