Barista | Part-Time

About the role

We are in search of a passionate and enthusiastic Barista to join our fantastic Juniper Breeze Market team at Hyatt Regency Austin, nestled on the shores of Lady Bird Lake in downtown Austin. The Barista will provide service in the Juniper Breeze, fulfilling guest orders, preparing beverages in accordance with menu standards, and maintaining a welcoming and clean environment for guests. This is a part-time position.

Schedule

Must be able to work some weekday afternoons and evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous café/market experience (serving or barista) is preferred
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
