Responsibilities

• Serve with a smile: Delight guests by fulfilling their orders with efficiency and a personal touch.
• Manage transactions accurately and responsibly.
• Create personalized experiences: Engage with guests to make their visit special and memorable.
• Craft delicious beverages: Prepare a variety of drinks to perfection, following our menu standards.
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere: Ensure the store is clean, inviting, and a place where guests love to linger.

Requirements

• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a team spirit.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds).
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• TABC and Texas Food Handler’s Certification is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
