BARISTA (FULL TIME)

About the role

Morrison Healthcare is hiring a full-time BARISTA at the Coffee Shop located at 5721 West 119th Street, Leawood, KS 66209. Online applications are accepted. The shift is Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. No previous experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares espresso orders for customers and catering using standard measures and recipes.
• Enters orders accurately into POS device; accepts cash and charge payments.
• Replenishes condiments, beverages and general supplies while maintaining cleanliness of service area.
• Ensures proper presentation, portion control and maintenance of proper serving temperatures; follows HACCP standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Maintains a complete understanding of daily menu items and accurately explains them to customers.
• Serves food neatly and attractively per standard.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

No previous experience required.

Skills

Must have strong attention to detail and follow HACCP guidelines. Must be able to interact with customers and other employees in a friendly, courteous manner.

Pay

$17.00 per hour to $17.50 per hour.
